Who called from 9782379633

Called me today and also 2 weeks ago.  Didn't pickup.  Left no message.

I answered. No response from the caller.

I answered , he said his name was Pat. I Asked what he wanted, said they were offering upgrades from landline to wireless. I said no thanks 3 times, he kept talking over me, when I asked if he didn't know what NO meant, he hung up! ( I only answered this number  because I'm waiting on car dealer to call back to pick up my car which broke down, I usually don't answer unknown #'s).

Got similar call from Pat. Upgrading my security system.  Sounds phony. Never acknowledged removing my number.
