I had no idea that a Mayor had a department of "Phone Police" that could stop callers from calling. Please give details on how anyone can get more information about it.
Well, that was just sarcasm, but there are realistic methods of reporting about unwanted calls, if you know who your caller is. If your caller came to your house, then I would think the police would do something about any crime committed while there, but call blocking is not one of their duties.
