978-296-9068 has called me several times with an automated message for a different person from "Empire". When I answered the call, it would not give me the option to say that they had reached the wrong person. They said to call 844-208-5174.
Consumer BEWARE: Caller ID read "Empire", so I thought it was about insurance, and (naively) verified my name thinking that a human would get on the phone. Next the computer wanted me to verify my date of birth, so I hung up.
They left a voice mail saying to call back about important health information. A call back puts you into an automated system that sakes for your information... Name, bday. I hung up.
This number called my cell phone. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They did leave a message.. It was an automated message saying it was EMPIRE.. My 1st thought was Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield.. Thought it was odd they just said Empire. They said to call back but if I wanted I can call a toll free number.. 844-208-5174.. I did not call it back.. Nor will I and I wont answer my cell phone or home phone to numbers I dont know.
