This is a health scam. They are also using spam numbers with your local area codes to get you to answer. This number says it's Dallas. Man with an East Indian accent answered. Says it's US Health Department and they are calling for bladder surgery or mesh. Told him to take me off his list. Never had these. These people obviously purchased my name from someone on the internet. I didn't even tell him who I was and he had it. Some kind of scam. I will be reporting them. They also used the number 206-777-1016. When you call back it's non-working unlike the other number above. Report these people to the FTC.
