I received a robo call claiming to win a fabulous vacation for practically no money (yeah, right).  What I don't understand is the phone number on caller id appears to be a legit residential phone number.  I recently got another telemarking call that came up on caller id as my bank.  So, I thought it was my bank calling only to find out it was one of these robo calls.  How on earth are these scumbag telemarketing companies getting away with this?
