Safe caller. from Ampyra prescription help advocate for MS

This is not a "safe call" by any stretch of imagination. They called me in Santa Monica at 4.43.AM today, when I was fast asleep. No message was left. and the ID said "Chelmsford MA".Even if it is alegit call they cannot call before 8.00AM.

Has called 10 times in the last hour.  Seems to be a fax machine.  Search showed it to belong to biscom.com.  It's the number you are supposed to call to be removed from their "customers".

Have received 5 calls in the last 10 minutes.  When my machine picks it up, it sounds like a fax machine.  Display says Chelmsford, MA

They are faxing to our phone number and it will not stop! We have tried faxing to them that they have the incorrect number, but it can't go through
