I am on DO NOT CALL list yet I still constantly get unwanted calls. I'd like to prosecute honestly. It's beyond my patience

I just called these people back and they said they were Heiffer Intl who I have donated to. They should have that listed on their caller ID since they are legitimate

That is not always the case. My mother received calls that were allegedly from Lupus and they continued calling even after requesting that they put her number on a do not call list.
