no answer, no message, and another # comes up: 9783782045.  very strange.  must be some explanaton????

Scam. Robo voice then live. Called on Sunday morning saying they were with the raising money to support police. My local police are how I support police. Same number has called about varied things from saving money on energy bills to vacations I have won.
