Just called again - have called many times. Caller ID: Acton MA.
It is almost a give-a-way if caller ID say TOWN STATE. No company, person or cell phone has a caller id like that.
And that kind of ID is there to break the caller ID: Unknown, that many people has a block on caller, and to be anonymous = SCAM.
We got a call again from this number today at 8:31 am. This time it was blocked by our call blocker. The caller ID was still ACTON MA. Please see my post of 5 May 2015. These lowlife are running some kind of breast cancer charity scam.
800notes is not a call blocking service. If you have someone available to help you, ask them to look into ordering and installing a call blocking device for you. There are many available at Amazon for a nominal cost, which will enable you to block numbers from this and multiple other area codes.
