Who called from 9784641012

Only recording i listened to was caller who wanted to speak to the person who handles communications accounts. Evidently selling phone service. Our customers received 13 calls to this number in July 2014

Keep receiving calls from the following number...with no one on the line.

On caller ID it also shows V0071113380023

Asked for the person responsible for our phone services.  I told them we were not interested in any new services and to remove us from their calling list.  She immediately hung up on me.

When I called back, a person answered speaking with a British accent. Apparently a scam.

Woman called claiming she was with Charter Business and wanted to let us know that we could save money on Long Distance from ATT, by switching to Charter.  We don't have ATT.  Obvious scam.  Tried calling back by blocking my number, the phone service asked for name to announce to the recipient.
