This was a robo call about "fixing up my online presence for my business". I pressed 9 and it put me on their do not call list. Let's see what happens...
I rarely comment on these calls, but this was a recorded message telling me that my online presence had expired and my customers would not be able to find me online unless I contacted them. When they get that sleazy, I feel an obligation to say something about it. Please don't fall for this! If your domain name is expiring, you'll hear from your registrar. Always remember who you registered your domain name with and go through them. Other companies can renew your domain name for you, and they will, at a higher cost than is necessary. Most domain names cost $10.87/year total. I go through namecheap.com and I like them.
Call to my cell phone, which is on the DBC list, to sell custom websites and online marketing presence. It opened with the same comment about the online presence being in jeopardy. I have multiple websites that I manage and maintain, and NONE are having any of these issues. Full on spam.
Too bad I didn't go all the way through to talk to someone. It would be nice to get the company name. I called the number back and there is no company identified - only an invitation to be put on their personal Do Not Call list.
