this number has called 2 x's this afternoon. Caller ID said "Massachusetts". I did not answer and adding to my list to report to FTC. I have voice mail turned off, also announcement.

called 9 times in 2 days,caller id says jeff Cartier. Forget about filing complaints(wasting your time)so here's what i did, I have comcast,i opened up my voice list of recent calls,saw the # 978-474-9999,then checked the box to have his call forwarded to me, another ph #, where the phone will ring & be answered. So, when he calls my house #,its automatically transferred to the MA State Police Dept.. End of problem!!!!
These harassing calls are still coming through. I've gotten two in the past two hours today, but have received them in the past as well. "Jeff" doesn't leave a message on voice mail and if you pick up, there is a delay after you say "hello." Jerk.
