caller ID said 'local delivery' and was a hang up.

Answered and a dopey guy said "hello" and then hung up.

Answered and it was dead air on the other end.  They hung up after I said "hello" for the third time.

Who can I speak to regarding receiving harassing calls from Daily News? I have been receiving phone calls everyday for the past week from a different number every time.

Today when I spoke to the gentleman to stop calling again and again (# (978) 485-0280 Salem, MA) he responded " keep working hard" in a very sarcastic tone.
This is very unprofessional and I would appreciate it if the calls stopped. If you are not the right person to contact, kindly refer me to someone who may be able to help me.
