This is one of those companies that wants to help you lower your current mortgage rate/payments. Only, they're obviously not a reputable company or the CallerID would display their company name. So, call the number back, press 1 and ask to be removed from their calling list. Tell them if they call again that they are harassing you as you have asked very politely for their calls to stop. Tell them that if they call you again that you will report them to the Federal Communications Commission and that they could be fined up to $1,000.00 for each additional call to your number. It doesn't hurt to also request that your number not be sold or passed on to other annoying call centers because it can and will be traced back to them. Isn't it frustrating to have your phone ringing all hours of the day and evening with these annoying calls? So much for the do-not-call list that we all signed up for. Also... if they're a legitimate company with non-sketchy intentions why is their company name not displayed in the CallerID window? Instead it reads "UNKNOWN NAME". Shouldn't that be illegal?
