Who called from 9785702313

I've wrote a previous message about being ignored and hung up on and submitting a complaint without any resolve. Picked the the call today to ask, again, to be put on the do not call list. He said "I cant". Receiving multiple calls a day should be considered harassment and someone needs to start doing something about it.

called  from this number i didn't answer , vancouver, canada.

Recorded message says they are Google, calling to get you higher on their page ranking. Then a man picks up the line. When I asked a few times what company he was calling from he laughed and hung up.

My phone just rang, and this number came up in the call display. No one was there, and I finally hung up.
