I got this call, along with other calls. I get them every day. I am so annoyed by them. I blocked them. Can anyone do something to stop this harassment already?

Got a call from 1-978-679-3084 - after 5 secs. and no-one answering, I put the phone down and blocked this number. These dipsticks apparently have nothing better to do than to try and scam people.
