IF IT'S A LARGER AMOUNT CONTACT AN ATTORNEY TO FIND OUT WHERE YOU STAND. IT IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT TO FIND OUT AND HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY SEND THEM A LETTER. Michael Lynch from Zwicker & Assoc called and theatened me. Said Amex is sueing me, that the judge is going to garnish my wages etc. I gave him $350 over the phone. Now this months current Amex statement didnt reflex the $350. The guy ripped me off. They are a collection agency, not a law firm that Michael Lynch claimed them to be.
I'm sooooo glad I found this. I got a call from Ms. Polonki and she threated me also. Said amex was doing to sue me and they would put a lien on my house. I was in tears after I hung up. Ruined my day.
