I just got a message from this number as well, does anyone know who it is?

This person keeps calling and texting me saying he is my neighbor and I have been stealing his newspaper. He is threatening violence and I don't even know who or where he is. I looked up the phone number and it comes from about 2200 miles from where I am. I want this harrassment stopped.

I got a text threatening me.

Who's doing this
