Received three calls within ten minutes. All three calls identified as "injured workers". Did not answer any of the calls. Each call left a message that sounded like beeping then hung up.

Got a call from this number..a man named Xavier. Said it was about my husbands prescription. The name on my caller ID was K. Hernandez. Wants my husband to call back number 888-321-7945 said that they are there till 8pm. My husband referred info to management at work.
