When she said "This is Veronica of Member Services" I thought it was the tired, old scam about lowering your credit card debt.  I was wrong!  This was a brand new scam!  She said that due to a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, all I have to do is "press 1 to have debt eliminated".  Wow!  I never knew it was that simple!  I'll bet you wish she calls you, too!
