This was from Dell regarding replacement parts I received for several laptops I am fixing at work. They want the bad parts returned ASAP.

Dell Wants parts returned, I had not shipped back to them.

Yes,  no doubt this is Dell calling too, since their defective part was shipped out to them on Sat and it's now Tuesday.  I might have answered if their contractor identified themselves as from Dell instead of Worldwide Tech!!!
