Good thing for Google.com/voice! Whoever is behind the number from Beverly, MA called, it was a number I didn't recognize and let it go to VM. No message was left. But now the number is on my blocked caller list.

This number called me and left a message. It is ExpressScripts. They mail prescriptions to your home so you don't have to go to the pharmacy constantly.
Confirmed, It's Express Scripts. They use an automated, robotic voice, that attempts to confirm that they got the correct number. I returned their call, it saw my caller id and was able to confirm the delivery of my prescription.
Keep getting annoying calls from Express Scripts that are intended for someone else. Evidently they have the phone number wrong. But there doesn't seem to be any way I can get this corrected. Trying to return the call only gets a repeat of the automated message. No phone number on their web site that I can call.
