I made up a contact named "SPAMBOT" I will add this number to it. I have it on a mute ring tone of a tuning fork, I'm tone deaf so its all good.
Now I only see they've called and I'm no longer bothered by them.
If someone goes on the list by mistake, they can redeem themselves by leaving a message in the future.
