this is the message that was left on my phone. I can only assume it is either a scam or a wrong number because I am 17 and have never purchased electric insurance in my life. The reason it seemed fishy to me is the mismatched numbers on the caller ID and in the message.
"Hi my name is Jacob I'm calling from electric insurance company, *ah* I'm just calling because we had received a notification that you were looking to make a payment over the phone. If you could give us a call back at your earliest convenience we'd be able to help you out with that. Our number is 1-800-227-2757"
