Called my cell. No message. Scam for sure

received call at 1:25 pm 4/25/17, left no message, suspect a scam

CID: Name Witheld   Really. Like I am supposed answer a call to my phone that I pay for from someone who refuses to ID themself? What arrogance. Get real. Blocked immediately.

Answered and got no response, silence.
Hung up and I called the number back.  Got report 'call can not be completed due to technical difficulties'.  (There's my answer.)
