Who called from 9789494581

Called my cell but didn't pickup.  Left no message.

Called, left no message. Blocked number.

Unrecognized, did not answer, no message left.  No doubt another scam.  Called them back from masked line, got "cannot complete call as dialed" message, could be using call blocking on that end.
