This is a scam call for lower your debt, interest or electric bill.  It is not a telemarketing call.  It is to scam you for several thousands dollars upfront consulting fee.  The company name is registered.  They kept changing unassigned phone #s to call and scam until you were hooked to their trap.  Never said "Yes" to a recording that pretended to be a live salesperson.
