Robo call from someone pretending to be "Cigna" (Insurance) but the real Cigna does not know them!
They are fishing for birthday to confirm your identity, never gave it to them, don't know what they would asked next.

Whatever company it is, its irritating. It does not give any method of speaking with anyone in order to tell them the person they're calling no longer has that number. So it asks you if you are X person, can you put X person on the phone and can you take a message. Then hangs up. It calls back nearly every day in the early am and sometimes in the afternoon. When I call the number, I just get an automated machine that leads to nothing or an error. I'm assuming its a debt collector and it seems to me this method, which amounts to harassment, isn't legal. I just got this number a month ago and I am already going to have to check in about blocking a number.
