Some lady called askin for a Sergio DeLaFuentes. Told her we didn't know who that was. Sd that my number was linked to his address. Sd that as long as we were answering thruthfully nothing was gonna happen to us since they're supposedly sendin a sheriff with a search warrant to look and to serve him. Wouldnt tell me where i was calling too when i called back. Sd she was gonna remove my number but legally couldnt remove my address. Full of bs bc when u get served they just show up to ur last known address and serve you. No warning no nothing.
Received a call from someone named Vincent Delgado claiming to be from Uses (spelling?) County. Voice sounded human not robotic, although barely. Asking for someone with my name but not my Tax ID, regarding a civil summons. Caller ID indicated an area code from Texas and said USATT. Looked up counties in Texas. There wasn't anything in the list that looked like it could be called Uses (spelling). And that Area code is connected to Brazos county, I guess. I don't live in Texas and I haven't been to Texas in over 10 years. No reason why I should be civilly summoned anywhere much less Texas. I have received nothing in the mail. Chalking it up to a scam call. Call blocked.

Same dude as before Vincent Delgado, saying there has been some civil complaint filed in his office regarding some civil summons and complaint. Using my name, but a different tx ID #. Called at 6:30 AM. Said he made several efforts to call. And sent me some letters I have received no letters. I actually did try and call. the 979 number. Called from the number 281-383-9309. A voice mail did pick up and gave very little information, The person I was trying to reach is unavailable, please leave a message. Blocked this number too.
