I have no idea who is behind the call, but they repeatedly called my house 6-10 times a day for 3 weeks. I figured it was a telemarketer and am 99% still convinced that it is. I finally on a whim picked up the call, to which a fast talking man asked for a tenant that lives in our downstairs apartment. I replied that he was not there and asked if i could take a message, to which the guy hung up on me before i could finish my sentence. so to give him a taste of his own medicine, I called back roughly 20 times and every time i did, i was forwarded to an automated message saying the google subscriber is not available, please leave a message after the tone. to which i said "please  stop calling"... and wouldn't ya know, they have not.
