Sounds like maybe Mirand (?) Response System. When I told them I had misdialed the number, they told me that usually when someone misdials its because they want to know where a call had come from and I had better tell them who I was, I hung up on them.
Got a call from this number at work from a Mr. Shunker or something like that. He spoke so fast. Spouted an address and asked me to confrim which I didn't then spouted off numbers asking me if they were the last of my ss# and I told him that I was not answering those questions over the phone until I knew what it was about. He then hung up on me. Scam!
