this person has called people that I have not spoken to in over 12 yrs to try to get them to sign documents for me. They seem to be trying everything they can to get money from anyone that will be dumb enough to fall for their scam. I have my attorneys working on a suit against them.
Received 2 calls, 2 days apart... each time, the caller reported that they were calling to verify and confirm delivery of documents from someone by name... I person with whom I have no contact. Both times I told them that I am not a contact person for that individual. The first caller (male) stated that the person was going to be reprimanded for providing false information and then abruptly hung up. The second caller (female) stated that they were going to report this to their fraud department. When I asked who she were calling on behalf of, she hung up. Neither caller gave a name or company they represented. I suspect they are scamming to get you to call their number back which may authorize them to charge your number. Not sure how that works, but I have heard of other scammers using a tactic like that. They are CLEARLY not a legitimate company and are up to no good. BEWARE!!!

I received two calls within 30 minutes stating there was a complaint about my son, and would I be available to receive summons? Summons would be issued in two hours unless he called 844-307-4507 and gave them a certain file number. My son called the number and was put on hold and then they hung up. They called me again, and I told them I would NOT accept or sign for summons, and they said they would be turning me in for fraud.
same thing. someone called. talking quickly and aggressively about a person i havn't spoken to in 30 years. i told her that and she said nevermind and hung up. have no idea what is was she said but something about a legal situation or something.
