Got a call from this number while I didn't have my phone and they didn't leave a message so I called it back and had to listen to that crummy Muzic while I held on for the next available representative for five munites and then I heard "Goodbye" and a click. Still don't know the company name or why they called me. I don't have call blocker on my phone so they might call me again. Grrrrrrrrrrr...
They call themselves United Health Advisors. They already knew my mailing address and wanted to send me something about health insurance. I am on the do not call list.

The FTC and top communications companies met several times, to determine what they can do to stop robocalls and other illegal calls. Here is a link to a page showing the history and conclusions of various initiatives, as well as links to recent Congressional bills and Industry Implementations.

(I strongly suggest you access the above page, and read the history and progress of
H.R.2669 - Anti-Spoofing Act of 2015
and
S.2558 - Spoofing Prevention Act of 2016
to learn how [slowly] bills progress through our Congressional system, even when there is bilateral agreement that something should be done.)
