I received a call... I gave them the "Money ID#". He asked for my name. I told him he should have my name since I have a grant ID # issued to me, according to the other guy. I asked for a website, they gave me www.obama.net. I asked why .net and not .gov? I went to the site, it looked phony. He gave me a number 979-318-4841, ... When I asked for a supervisor he said the number was not 4841 but 4842 or 4846, apparently they disconnected 4841 due to this thread. The address they gave me is 1001 Preston Rd. Houston TX 77001, it is a county office building. He didn't have a name for the organization distributing the grants but did say it was a Department of Health and Human services program. My guy was Chris Rush, RIGHT, more like Abdul Yuskrume. He claimed to have been born in the U.S. but most definitely was not. I was put on hold 8 minutes ago, still waiting for him to find my file. I hung up and called back only to get a busy signal, they obviously blocked my number.  I will be submitting a complaint with the department of Health and Human Services now.
