Hi what is your proposal

I just recieved the same message and they are insisting to please email them for further information or proposal who is this what do they want and how they came across my mobile number? Her email is [email protected]

forward the text to SPAM (7726)
notify Google of what the spammer is doing with that gmail accout at

https://support.google.com/mail/contact/abuse
"I would like to report a Gmail user who has sent messages that violate the Gmail Program Policies and/or Terms of Use."

If the scammer is not sending messages from that particular email account, but using it only to receive messages, I don't know what Google will do.
