Scammer on Craigslist. I listed an item for sale and he inquired on the item and wanted to get my name and address to make payment or something. Then he would send someone to pick up my item.
Same deal. I advertise to sell something on craigslist. he texted me like 6am, asking if its available. Then told me that he needs my name and address as he will mail me a money order/check. and also add $40 for his savings.
I think that is something they do in Africa, because in any western civilized place, no one will offer to pay more than necessary.
They think that if they offer more, then the seller would "fall in love" with the offer and forget about the risks...
