This person has called me several times a day for days now. It's always while I'm at work so I have only picked up once and it was something about a settlement. Now I just let it ring. If you try to call it back it is always busy.
Have gotten several calls from this #, I don't normally answer calls for #'s that I don't recognize. Since they weren't leaving a message, I decided to answer yesterday. A man with an Indian accent claiming he's with the Georgia Department of Health, and they have thousands of $'s for me because of side effects I've complained of from birth control pills. I told him I don't take bc pills, and he said it was from claims I'd made a long time ago. I started trying to tell him I was not interested in a settlement, that I wasn't eligible, and he started yelling, trying to yell about how I was qualified. so I started yelling back and told him to stop calling me and to remove me from the calling list. At some point while I was yelling at him, he hung up. I tried calling back and have gotten busy signals every time. I sent a text message and told them to leave me the hell alone
These guys now have another number. 972-391-7162. They have very strong middle eastern accents, are calling from a very noisy call center, claim they are with the Texas Medical Group, ask personal medical information and get very rude when you wont give it to them. The man that called me cursed and me and said he was a lawyer when I told him his questions were an invasion of my privacy. I am on the no call list and now find myself being harassed multiple times a day by these people and since they are switching phone numbers it's impossible to avoid them
When this idiot calls with his scam, just say "Pug May Jow Too" which means fu in Hindi. He will be really ticked at this and will call you incessantly from all of his various phone numbers. Report all numbers asap to the FTC and DOJ. Hopefully they can figure out that these fools are calling from La Jolla, San Diego, Fort Lauderdale in Florida and Dallas, Tx.
The call came up on my phone as a blocked number. He said he was calling from the Medical Services Dept in MA. When I asked what the compensation was for, he said "for birth control you took a long time ago." I said, "I've never taken birth control."
"Never? Oh, well have you had a surgery?"
"No."
"Taken anti-depressents?"
"No. Please add me to your do not call list".
I can't even report it because I don't have a number to report.
