Got a call from these people saying i had a loan from 2005 for $800.00 and was being taken to court. I said send me documentation where i signed a note. They said when you go to court you can see it. They are buying information from companies. Got another call 2 weeks ago from rg financial 2005 $1800 but would settle for $1200. Very rude people this is total
harrassment. Wonder how they would like to be taken to court. The next call i get i will just ask them to give me their attorney and i will have my attorney contact theirs. This crap has to stop
I got message on my phone earlier today. It didn't ring, apparently it just went to voice mail. When I checked the message it was an automated message that was recorded mid message.

It then rattled off a number in which to call. I had to replay the message 6-7 times to get it written down. Before calling to find out what this was about I came to the web and found a 4 page scam alert about this exact wording only from a different phone # (4067943414).

Got identical message as first commenter. Called them back and instead of identifying themselves they asked for me to state my name and phone # so they could look up the civil action or complaint against me. I hung up and researching located these postings. Scam for sure.
