Automated call. Claims I recently applied for a payday loan and I made their highest gold status. Gives a code to claim said loan online. I, however, have not made any such applications recently.
Called my cell today 11:31am EST. Was expecting a phone call from Texas in the next 15 minutes, but I didn't recognize the number. I got a similar phone call yesterday stating that I qualified for a payday loan. Like yesterday, they just left a similar vm message from wiredcashdirect. They say that I qualify for $1,500 loan and can have the money deposited into my checking account within the hour. It breaks my heart that some desperate people are going to go along with this.
Interesting. I just left another report under the phone 856-229-9193 on 800noes, stating that the source is www.wirecashdirect.com and without an "opt out" option on that website. Insert block function on phone (here)
Automated voice said, "Congratulations, you've recently applied for a payday loan" at that point I hung up. I haven't applied for a pay day loan in well over 10 years.
