I've received at least two calls per day for ten days or so from numbers beginning with (979) 589-71XX (lowest number for last two digits was 25, highest was 51).  It shows "Edge, TX" (which has a population of around 50 people), which would suggest almost everyone in town has called at least once.  I didn't answer any of them, but they are not "quitters".
