I recived same msg too i was bore so i reply every thing and at the end they need money so i [***] them :p if you are free then just have fun otherwise ignore it because they are absolutely fake and 100% scam so please my dear fellows dont trust them dont be too greedy, Believe in yourself and you can earn everything in your life.

The message you responded to is from one of the scammers, and is designed to sucker in people who are coming here to check out the "lottery".  That is why they posted their number on a public web site.
