Even i got this call before. But when i ahve investigated from my side and came to know they are a real investigator. And i have also checked out in my state county there was an really arrest warrant issued on my name. But i have called them again and with a lot of request they have accepted my payment and resolve my case. So please dont take it lightly. I will suggest you please go ahead and talk to them before you come in some problem.
steven mcnamera & shicashae you guys are right about Greg Henry he is the so called officer from the state investigation department that called me about the same thing. Then when I told them that I googled them & saw they were a scam I started to ignore them. He sound like he's arabic but he claims that he's African. And I was suppose to have been arrested 2 Weeks ago. And they even go as far as calling you from a local number saying that they are calling from the sheriff department & them when you call back the local number it doesn't be the sheriff #. They even went as far back as to where their call back # was 911. For real. But they are scammers all they are doing is calling & changing their name when they can't convince you to send them any money. I went as far a trying to give them my bank info but they would not take it. They wanted me to get a green dot money pak that doesn't have any of your info on it all they wanted was the 14 digit number off the back of it & when I couldn't get it right away they said to leave my name & just the 14 digits off the back of the card on the answering machine. & they will send me a receipt. Yea right?
Margo peras quit lying to shicashae Greg Henry is a fake & so are you because why is he on here commenting like as if this happened to him but he is the one who is calling doing the scamming. & I think you are one to because you are sounding just like him. Wonder what your accent sounds like? Not American
so yea, some indian dude with a think arabic accent named "Greg" called me because apparently i took out a payday loan with Cash Advance USA... lol. funny how i just beat you ad your own game. if you're going to call and try to collect a debt, you might want to freshen up on your federal laws and regulations... LEGALLY someone who is looking to collect a debt, CANNOT call you more than twice a week. and seeing as how A) i never had a debt, and B) its something you're trying to collect.... you broke two laws. (there are perks that come with working for a bank) :)
