Received a call from 979-739-3613. Caller id said 'V707203...' followed by more numbers. I never answer calls from numbers I don't know and certainly not with a caller id like this. They left no message.

its a scam - microsoft is well aware - google "does microsoft ever call you at home?" you will get the same answer i did. or here is the link...
