Bill Toth was harassing me all day today. He apparently has a new number bc a different Bill Toth from a 713 area code was harassing other callers. I have put a police report in and they have his number now.

People can write whatever they like when they hide behind anonymous names.and it doesn't mean it's true. And this site seems to be a venting board for frustrated people.
I welcome any phone calls from anyone that has any comments whatsoever.

I find it interesting that this Dr. Bill Toth and his wife Julie actually check this site; much less post a comment to their "victims". Why are you checking this site if you aren't doing anything wrong? Your history goes back several years when you called people from 713-466-4618. What kind of doctor is this? Why would we want to make money at other peoples expense?
Dear "Concerned" > In today's world it is good customer service to reply to what people write. Unfortunately too many people are too quick to believe the negative they read on the internet. It is oh so easy to trash someone anonymously these days - a bit cowardly too. Anyone is welcome to call me, us - anytime to get the facts and to see what we were calling about.

Mr. Toth apparently does not like disclosing the purpose of his call when calling a business. When asked what company he is with prior to putting a call through to the owner all Mr. Toth can reply is "and you have a nice day" and abruptly hang up. Any person with a reputable "business" is not afraid to say what their call is about. Whatever he's selling...don't buy. His coyness comes across as shady. He is not willing to provide facts and wants to remain anonymous but chides others...tsk...tsk.
