I was call by this number and they told me a complaint had been filed against me. He wanted me to call a number and give them some information. Said if I didn't call the trial would go on without me and additional fines would be charged to me. It was a Texas number and I don't even live in Texas. 30 seconds before this call I got an automated call from 855-265-6795 that calls me all the time and is a scam number for sure. Be ware!
3 calls from this number. One was to my daughter. Scare tactics methods are scams every time. Fear gets results is how they operate extracting personal information. Don't fall for it. A young lady said if you are not this person I will list that you falsified legal documents. This is suppose to scare someone but I said., I dont know who you or who you are talking about or what you are saying. Don't call back.
I don't care if it's a scam or not but this number needs [***] down. Wanting personal info and threatening me if I don't have it. Called for a person I know who used my number years ago. Saying the had legal documents. Phone harrassment at its best!
Refused to tell me who they were although I asked several times. Said complaint against me. Had my name wrong. Also threatened to put me down as fraudulant information. I hung up as I knew it was a scam.
