just got a call from this number stating they were suing me from an internet payday loan, and i hung up then they called back left a message and said why did ni hang up on his ear, and that theywere going to drag me to court, and if i have any problems dont call them. i dont have any payday loans ..
Caller said they were from some legal firm. Then asked me why I have not paid my bill. The lady was Indian and abrasive in tone, I told her I could not understand her, she said hold on while she got the Senior attorney on the line. I waited and waited, I could hear alot of voice chatter in the background. I hung up, she immediately called back and said "why did you hang up on me I told you to hold on". I told her to get lost and hung up. She called a thrid time and I let the call go to voice mail. Note the call number she returned the call from was 206-973-9999 .
Someone called me regarding a potential lawsuit... These individuals should be investigated because there might be several gullible folks out there. No legitimate lawfirm will call you over the phone and threaten you to take you to court.
This was the same thing that I received a message. Scared me because they said SS# and law firm. Argued with him because he would not send me information by mail. Now that I know they are full of you know what i want to call back and argue more. Very thick accent
Just received this voicemail as well, only it was for my husband. I did put in for a car loan a while ago and since then have gotten tons of unwanted phone calls. This one being very disturbing. Never tried for an online loan though. It's was some female calling. Stated to call back immediately as there is a law suit under his ss. Same as everyone else.
