This number is being used by a man with an accent that is trying to scam money from women on dating websites.  I was even sent lavish gifts of tulips, candy and stuffed animals.  He gave me a name, address and this phone number that was listed on the web.  I figured out it was a scam and went to the house and met the real person who had that name and address but not this number.  He said someone was using his identity before and he thought they stopped.  Well they have not.  He tried to scam me for $750. BEWARE!!!
