9842550039 this number calls my home at least 4 times daily.   I am reporting that this must cease!!

This number calls everyday and nobody says a word .

This number 984-255-0039 calls my cell phone and my home at least 4-5 times a day, you pick up and nobody says anything, this has to stop....how to I report this number and stop it?

Calls from (984)255-0039, no ID, but the calls are located in Raleigh, NC.  Never says anything, and never leaves messages.

They call here daily...sometimes twice a day. They always ask to speak to the owner of the business. I offer to take a message and they won't ever leave one. I know it's them calling before anyone even says anything, because when I say hello, they don't speak until a few seconds later after I hear a chirp noise. I normally try to hang up immediately after I hear that chirp noise.
