Who called from 9846643933

I received a text rhats read:
"whats happening Laci ur affirmation upon xxxxx E  Xxxxxxx Rd although Xxxxxxxxxx WA necessary click wju07.bwrgahb.pro"
{however contained my exact address}
I won't click on the link.....
Anyone else receive something strange like this?

Got a call @ 12:48 EDT.  Caller IF registered 'Raleigh NC'.   They left a message what was just 'Hello' several times - obviously not realizing that they were talking to an answering service.

2 days in a row from this number. No message left. Call came in right about the same time. I'm assuming it's a robo call. Will just add it to my blocked list. Call came from Releigh NC.

Answered. Some Pakistan or the same accent was bitching at someone he works with. Never knew I answered. A scam. Blocked future calls

Revieved a call from this number, when I answered a female compter voice recording said "goodbye". Why did I answer an unknown number? Do not call list expects me answer and  tell these people/companies to put me ondo not call list then report the number.
