I answered and it was silent for a moment before a female computer voice said Goodbye and hung up. When I called it back it sain "We're sorry, due to telephone company facility trouble, your call can not be completed at this time. Will you try your call again later?" - Repeats in French - line goes to busy signal.
Got a call from a woman stating she was calling from Microsoft and that my computer was having some problems. Told her that was not possible I did not have a computer on. She immediately hung up. When I called the number back "we are sorry but the number you have reached is not in service".
